Welcome to Bonner School!
Below are a few things that we need from you before your student can start school:
If out of district, please fill out the 2024-2025 Out of District Application Form (current school year) or 2025-2026 Out of District Application Form (next school year)
Permission for Release of Student Records Form (if previously enrolled in another school)
2024-2025 Free & Reduced Meal Application by using the Instructions HERE
First Week Forms and review the 2024-2025 Student Handbook HERE
Targeted Kindergarten Form (for students entering TK ONLY)
Birth Certificate
Immunization records, or religion exemption
Address verification - two items that verify physical home address (i.e. utility bill, phone bill, lease agreement, etc.)
Please email, or mail all documents to Taylor Fritz at tfritz@bonner.k12.mt.us
or P.O. Box 1004, Bonner MT 59823. You may also drop off any paperwork in person at the front office.
Your child will not be fully enrolled until the school receives all of the above listed items. The school secretary will contact you with confirmation & provide additional information, including your students start date.
