The fifth graders have worked hard to prepare the school’s garden boxes, organize the greenhouse and plant various seeds in preparation for a robust growing season. In addition, William and his team of classmates went around the school with pots, soil, water, and various seeds to all the staff to ensure sure they all got a chance to plant a seed. Now, we watch and wait for the seeds to sprout in the greenhouse. Later this spring, we will transplant these new starts to garden boxes and help them grow. We are excited to try all the produce in the months to come.
